Little sisters for the poor are a charitable organization founded in the year 1968. They were in need of Soup bowls & spoons and also groceries to cater the needs for the elderly. Therefore, India office extended support by providing requested items through our First Quarterly Tithe.

Most of the elderly were above 75 years and one of them was 104 years! In total, they were 60 elderly men & 60 elderly women. Every elderly person we met was very happy and we felt so humbled to see them smiling and thanking the ministry with joining hands for all provisions we gave them. The soup bowls & spoons brought so much joy on their faces. They were asking sisters to serve them soup in CDM soup bowls from now on. We helped them serve food to the elderly & with special needs and shared that it is Dr. Dollar's heart to want to let them know that God loves them and that is why we are here. Took along volunteers, including CDM Staff’s children, to make them feel happy. Shared few moments of joy and laughter too. At the end, sisters were pleased with the event and asked us to convey their gratitude to Dr. Dollar and ministry leaders for the love & support extended to them.
