West & South Africa Empowerment Campaign 2016 - Angola Update
Today we had the privilege to visit a local school in Angola and minister the Gospel of Grace to overjoyed students and staff. We were overwhelmed by their hospitality and encouraged by their hunger for the Word as we shared a message of encouragement with them. The students and staff were very grateful for the supplied we brought with us.
Amongst our donations were books and stationery, back packs and hygiene kits.
We were also able to visit and minister at the following locations:
- Lar padre Horácio, where kids from the street have the opportunity to learn arts and music.
- Lar Kuzola, caring for babies found abandoned at the hospital, at the street and left in trash bins. The facility cares for people from birth up to any age. There is one patient, 39 years of age that arrived at age 2 and stayed up to now due to mental disabilities.
- Pedriatic hospital, David Bernadinho, where per day more than 100 kids die from different diseases especially yellow fever.
