Food Bank/Clothing Distribution

    • A total of 5,022 households were served which include 8,297 people being fed in 2009. An estimated 290 families received clothing assistance which included 761 people who received clothing in 2009. The food bank has supported 33 family resource and food bank agencies in its fight against hunger. The WCCI Food Bank has distributed an estimated 424,841 pounds of food assistance in 2009.

Ministry of Resources

    • The  Ministry of Resources  assessment team encountered and assessed over 6900 families.  Of the 6900 families, 961 were assessed for financial challenges, 200 were evaluated for shelter assistance, 438 were assisted with employment resources, 200 participated in the Personal Finance Workshop, 46 people received salvation, 31 rededicated their lives to God, 31 received the Baptist in the Holy Spirit and over 800 received prayer.

Nursing Home Support Ministry

    • The objective of the Nursing Home Support Ministry is to provide fellowship to individuals living in homes of convalescence; sharing the love of God on a regular basis with those who are confined and unable to attend a local church.

Prison Ministry

  • WCCI Prison Ministry begun 16 years ago with two institutions; now with sixty-nine strong members and under the leadership of Minister Rodney White we minister in 17 institutions including: Juvenile Detention Centers, City and County Jails, Transitional Centers and a Federal Penitentiary throughout both Georgia and Florida.

WCCI Soul Winning Ministry

  • The Soul Winning Ministry has been commissioned to go and minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unbeliever and encourage the believer. Our objective is to evangelize the world with anointed men and women unified by the love of God. We meet people where they are in life no matter the situation or circumstance. We go out each Saturday of the month impacting people lives in the College Park area ministering with love and compassion Salvation, Rededication, Baptism of Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues and Prayer of Agreement.


Bondage Breakers Ministry, (Conquering Substance Abuse)
Type of Service Provided

    • Corporate Effectual Fervent Prayer
    • Christian Based Weekly Substance Abuse Support Groups followed by Mandatory Bible Study in the Dome (For members and nonmembers)    
    • Drug Education  & Weekly Assignments (Ongoing)
    • Support for Mandated Participants (Regular Attendants)
    • I.D. and Recommend Specific Tx. Domain when needed (Regular Attendants & Community)
    • Make Referrals  (Regular Attendants and Community)
    • Provide Appropriate Community help
    • Telephone Consultation
    • Retrieve and Return Telephone Calls
    • Upon regular Participants requests, write letter of support to Judges, Probations Officers and Employers (1 X Only) and sign Group Attendance Forms
    • When appropriate and based on ability, attend Court with participants & family for support
    • Periodically provide meals for working participants and others
    • Minister Salvation when the need arise (Encourage participants to follow-through when offered during Bible Study)
    • Minister Rededication weekly
    • Track Participants Progress after leaving ministry and if absents for a period of time
