OTC hosted their second annual festival in Cherbourg last December. Cherbourg is predominantly an aboriginal town and is renowned for its crime, drug and alcohol abuse and domestic violence issues. The festival is an event to bring families together and reaches out to the community by providing an alcohol free, fun filled event for the whole family. The people in Cherbourg live in extremely poor conditions. At the festival they are provided with meals, wholesome entertainment and a church service at the end, with a Christian message of hope, love and strength in God.
